CCW Class Update:

We're done.
The permits should arrive in 30 days or so.
We both learned several things.
She learned she was shooting with the wrong hand. Firing left-handed, you REALLY don't want her shooting at you.
I re-learned much I was taught in the military, but also learned my foot positioning has ALWAYS been wrong.

I have another gun to buy-
We're gonna trade Sara Jean's .357 Magnum for a Glock 26...
Reliable.
Concealable.
And enough rounds in the magazine to get the job done.

All in all, a pleasant experience.
Thanks John.

Glock 26 -- EXCELLENT choice for CCW.

If you want a slightly greater efficacy, the Glock 27 in .40cal is also a GREAT gun.

Glocks were eliminated in my department because you have to be smarter than the gun when stripping for cleaning. We had ONE A.D. in the cleaning shack and ONE incident where a guy "limp wristed" a Glock and it jammed.

So Glocks were eliminated. I shot BEST with my Glock 17.

Good choice.
