Musings about life through the eyes of an old helicopter pilot.
Nope, Florida panhandle South.
Nice picture of Sara Jean there. ;-)
Oh yes the thought of sitting on a deck and watching the world go by.No pagers to go off and no calls asking when will the work be done.A beer in hand and the ocean in sight.thats priceless
I am in Florida for a Board of Directors meeting. I thought the meeting was going to be VERY contentious, and athough it ran almost 7 hours in length, we accomplished much and argued little. Now we are with friends laughing and visiting. Life is good. The surf is up enough to be beautiful. I watched the sun sink into the ocean just after 5 P.M.. I am blessed.TBear......so good to see your comments! Wish you were here on the balcony!
Hey bubba - if that picture is the real sara jean i am going to go in the backyard and shoot myself ;o) have fun down south. we have been sick for a month in the big d - 70 one day and 40 the next does not help. our young man left for jonesboro friday. mom is sad and proud all at once. btw - he expressed interest in talking to you about the helicoptor. got his emt cert and is now looking at perimedic. but, as always, the wheels are spinning and he started thinking about what you do coupled with other things. you all sound good. love to you. d.
