Women Republican Candidates

"The key to taking majorities in Congress is women republican candidates".
That's the latest theme.
Liz Cheney. Olympia Snowe. Susan Collins. Lisa Murkowski.
I guess I'm just stupid...
How is electing women improving Congress?

New fresh ones! The Hispanic lady out of Texas that won, for example.

Maybe this younger generation will save us from ourselves?

Term limits for everybody! Mandatory SES move to a different agency and duty station every five years! GS-13 to 17 are moved at the ten year anniversaries!
(The rationale for the obscene SES salaries was that they could be moved every five years. Make it so.)
I have other thoughts - like why isn't the USDA in an agricultural state? Why does the Dept of Education exist? (10th amendment alert!) Why does the crime-riddled corrupt FBI still get funded? Cancel their credentials, settle the lawsuits and close the lab before starting over in Omaha, more centrally located in the country.
Also limit the Capitol Police to 535 agents -one for each congress critter- with police powers ONLY in the District of Columbia.
Sounds like a good start.

Some may say we need more women, other's may say there are not enough, but I say I don't care what they are, as long as they understand the Constitution, are willing to protect the United States, and don't arrive at their position like Harris.
