What Happens Before-

I frequently write about being knocked out by the true heroes of our industry-
the First Responders.

Dispatch calls and we are put on standby. We sit and wait patiently, knowing there is a flurry of activity going on in the field.
Sometimes, sadly, we're "Canceled, not needed."

God Bless you Epi.
And God Bless all the EMT's, EMTP's, Firefighters, Security Officers, and Law Enforcement personnel out there putting their lives on the line.
It's been a tough week.

Thank you, GB...

Truly.

First Responders are truly amazing people. They're like the cavalry for people like me, with limited training and limited resources.

I'm right there with you, GB. God Bless you, Epi, and every single person who does what you do. You are angels here on earth. Don't ever doubt it.

Geez... GB, a little more warning next time. That one will bring a tear.

God bless Epi and all of you that stand between us and the dark door that we try too hard to open sometimes.
