It was the sound of freedom.
Now, actually seeing ONE military plane is an anomaly.

Yep, he had a 'tad bit' of speed on that run... :-) And his timing was excellent!!!
Being not far from Patrick AFB, booms are not too unusual here in my neck of the woods in Florida.
I loved watching the shuttle come in for landings with it's two sonic booms!
