Might Be Interesting......

Dennis the Peasant is someone I frequently find interesting.

He's a little rough around the edges sometimes, but his site is worth visiting because you find a nugget there now and then.

Next week, he intends to blog about his Muslim clients......folks he has gotten to know and respect.
Knowing nothing about real Muslims, I'll be reading.

I thought some of you might be interested in getting educated too.

In that theme, you might also be interested in The Kite Runner, a novel about Afghanistan by Khaled Hosseini; it's hard to put down.

The story begins with the fall of the Afghan monarchy and continues to the present. Two boys are raised together although one is Shi’a and the other Sunni

The author gives a view of Islam that looks familiar in the Christian world: extremists on both ends of the spectrum plus those in the middle who try to live their faith but sometimes fail.

I believe the book is loosely based on the author’s personal experiences and includes many little things an outsider would never notice nor understand.

Audible.com has a better synopsis. Customer Reviews has more 5 star ratings than any other book I’ve listen to.

It's a definite it Two Paws Up

I think DTP was the first blogroll I was ever put on. He's a good man. He's taken the whole PM to another level--obsessive? Yup.

Did you see the pic of him in his jammies?
