It's mind boggling. Not only is there a mobil launching platform, which allows greater orbit considerations, the fuel savings will lower the costs.The only problem I see is bureaucracy.
It's going to get interesting... Rutan IS an innovator, but he needs the $$ backing and success to actually make it work.
